This 60-square-meter apartment in Warsaw’s Wola district is a signature design by JT GRUPA, created with a young man in mind and perfectly tailored to his lifestyle. The architects built this space around a minimalist discipline, balanced with refined European elegance. Warm oak wood forms the interior’s compositional foundation in the form of rhythmic wall coverings. This natural, calm structure is dynamically enhanced by bold crimson and burgundy accessories.

At the heart of the living area are icons of global design – Thonet S 32 chairs and a Louis Poulsen lamp – which seamlessly complement the custom-made elements. The apartment’s unique character is due to the custom-designed built-in units and freestanding furniture, designed by the JT GRUPA team, including a striking designer TV stand finished in a high-gloss lacquer. A crimson accent also recurs in the hallway, framed by a large-format mirror, weaving the entire interior into a cohesive narrative.

In the bedroom, architectural discipline meets artistic form; the geometric headboard and wooden wall provide a backdrop for a sculptural Atelier Arete wall lamp. The bathroom, meanwhile, has a distinctive, almost graphic feel thanks to the juxtaposition of heavily veined marble and deep, burgundy tiles. The result is a mature yet remarkably fresh interior, where the craftsmanship of the custom-made furniture combines northern functionality with southern warmth.
